Terms of Service

Please read the terms of service before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to them.

1 ✧ Guidelines
✧Retextures only (No models included, no FBX, Unity, Substance Painter, or Blender files included)
✧Please prepare you reference sheets before contacting me (or a STRONG IDEA of what you want but the wait time for finished products may be extended) just to make commissioning smoother. Please make sure you own the rights to your references.
✧Finished Commissions can be sent by preference (email, google drive).
✧Please do not claim ownership of my textures, give credit where due!
2 ✧ Usage License  
✧For Reference:Custom* Design - A design made by myself without preexisting reference. 
✧Personal Design - A design owned and supplied by the commissioner (e.x., character reference sheet)  
✧Personal License applies to either:- a texture of a referenced character that you own- a custom texture design made by myself for non-commercial uses.
✧Commissioners are allowed to:Use the texture on privately uploaded avatars 
✧If the commission is custom*:Acquire additional art of the custom textureReproduce the custom texture for other 3D models
✧Commissioners are not allowed to:Use the texture on a publicly accessible avatarsRedistribute the texture file
3 ✧Wait Times & Deadlines
✧Wait Times will vary depending on complexity but i strive for a turnaround time of 2-5 days starting from when work begins, not from the payment date.
✧If you are needing your texture sooner a rush fee may be applied for a turnaround time of 24hrs
4 ✧ Pricing & Payment Details 
✧All prices are based in USD 
✧Payment comes first. Work will only begin once payment is received. Paying ahead of time will mark you as paid and secure your place in the queue. 
✧Refunds & cancellations are not available as retextures are a digital product and are considered completed on payment 
✧PAYMENT DETAILS I accept the following payment methods 
✧Cashapp✧PayPal (friends & family ONLY to remove fees)
✧Referral Discount: Receive 25% off your next commission for each friend you refer who makes a purchase (One time use for each of these coupons). Just have them mention your Discord handle to qualify when they make a purchase. 
5✧ Product Delivery  
✧You will receive the a google drive link containing the following upon payment:✧A ZIP File containing your texture PNG files at 4096x4096 pxl✧These files will remain on my drive for 3 DAYS before deletion. It is your responsibility to save these files in a safe place.
✧The Files sent directly to your email  
6✧BLACKLIST & REVOKING     
✧Anyone is capable of being blacklisted from commissions or having items revoked if any of these are broken:✧Contact details are fake or intentionally not given on store checkout or commission details form.✧Payment chargeback of texture✧Ripping my textures in any way.✧Claiming design ownership on my textures.✧Leaking my textures.

  • I will not work on NSFW parts for anyone under 18. If the avatar itself is 18+ that’s fine, but I won’t touch NSFW-related aspects.

  • Tips are always appreciated, but never required.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
